With the Front Office Suite, staff can check insurance eligibility by entering only the patient's name and insurance information. Supra™ then automatically populates the patient record with the patient's most up-to-date demographics and the co-pay amounts from the insurance company. When scheduling or checking-in an existing patient, staff can check for current insurance validity and co-pay amounts and view any outstanding balances.

Front office staff can also scan insurance cards, photo IDs, and other documents directly into the patient's record, or a patient's photo can be taken on-site and quickly imported into the record.

When a patient is ready to check out, Supra™ notifies front office staff if the physician has ordered a follow-up appointment or to remind the patient of any external testing that needs to be done. Staff can also utilize a series of standard forms and letter templates to easily generate and print excusal letters, referrals, and patient statements.

For Your Patients

With Supra™, you can enable the Patient Portal feature, where patients can schedule appointments online in pre-designated time slots that you have the ability to set and control. Patients can also complete personal, family, and prescription medical history online, before they ever enter your office. This gives the patient more time to obtain and record the most accurate and up-to-date information and, in turn, saves valuable time for physicians, staff, and the patient during the office visit. The form or template that you use to acquire patient medical history data can be customized to suit your needs and then easily integrated with Supra™, or a new template can be created that satisfies your requirements for data collection.
