From one easy-to-use dashboard in the Back Office Suite, the Practice Administrator can see everything they need to know about claims, collections, A/R aging, and unfinished coding. They can then dive down into the details to manage problem areas of the business, which in turn improves the cash flow of the practice.

With the Back Office Suite, since the patient eligibility has already been checked in the Front Office Suite, denials due to no coverage virtually disappear; and, because you can access patient-specific insurance plan details, the plan rate and billable amount are instantly available.

Using the Back Office Suite, your billing staff can validate CPT and ICD codes, and claims can be automatically sent each day. Any claim rejections are available the next business day through free claims tracking services so that the appeals and resubmissions process can begin. For the electronic appeals process, back office staff can generate and send barcoded fax cover letters that uniquely identify a patient record directly from Supra™, eliminating the need to print and then fax.

With EFT, electronic ERAs and payments can post directly to the patient record, saving staff valuable time and ensuring more rapid deposit of payment.

The Back Office Suite also includes a robust series of standard daily reports for daily receipts, claims status, patient billings, and overall collections. Reports can be further customized for your needs upon request. Through the internal messaging system, you can flag an account to alert the front office to not accept payment by personal check.
